Q.    I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation e-mail yet. What should I do?
A.    First of all, be sure you entered a working e-mail on your order and spelled it correctly. Order confirmations and shipping confirmations are automatically sent from our web site to the e-mail you typed in on your order. Second, check your spam filters. Since the e-mails are coming from a business, sometimes they are filtered out. Make sure you allow e-mail from Special Dolls. Regarding tracking numbers, this refers to the UPS tracking number so there won't be one until your order ships.

Q.    How long does it take to process an online order?
A.    Our goal is to ship your order within one day, subject to availability, receipt of payment, and credit authorization. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within a day of your order. Delivery dates are approximate; however delivery is usually within seven to ten business days. Your order will be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex ground. Upon your request, your order may be shipped next day delivery or second day delivery at an additional charge.

Q.    How do I cancel an order?
A.    Once an order is submitted through Special Dolls Online e-store, it goes immediately into the system and unfortunately cannot be changed. All orders, however, may be returned within 30 days of the purchase order. See policies for return procedure.

Q.    Is the Special Dolls Online shopping area secure?
A.    Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.

Q.    How do I pay for my order?
A.    We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and Pay Pal. Orders are processed through Pal Pal. You will be able to use your credit card through Pay Pal.

Q. How much will my shipping charges be?

A. The shipping charges within the continental United States is as follows: All orders under $100 are a flat rate of $12.00. Orders $100.00 and over qualify for FREE shipping. These rates apply to UPS ground, first class and priority mail. We reserve the right to determine the shipping method based on cost. We also offer special shipping at an additional cost..
