Shipping Policies

Delivery time, though approximate, is usually 7 – 10 business days.  The shipping charges within the continental United States is as follows:  All orders are a flat rate of $20.00 per order for Ashton Drake and MasterPiece dolls, unless a free shipping special is specified.  Shipping for Teddies To Go and Vogue dolls will be determined with each order.  Contact us at  customersupport@specialdollsonline.com before completing order to determine shipping.  Orders $200.00 and over qualify for FREE shipping.  These rates apply to UPS ground, first class and priority mail.  We reserve the right to determine the shipping method based on cost.  We also offer special shipping at additional cost.  For special shipping and shipping outside the continental U.S., contact us at the time of ordering for shipping to be calculated accurately.

Backorder Policy

If an item is on back order, customer will be notified of the approximate shipping date.  The item must be paid for at the time item is ordered.

Return Policy

 After an order has been processed, an order cannot be cancelled.  We do not accept any returns once an order is processed. We will replace damaged product.  If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately at customersupport@specialdollsonline.com   

Damaged Goods Policy

Customer may request return of a defective product within ten days of the invoice date.  Customer will contact us at customersupport@specialdollsonline.com, and we will arrange for the defective item to be returned.  Upon return, the item will be inspected and, if it is found to be defective (due to no fault of the customer), will be replaced.  Any shipping charges will be our responsibility.
